The Reef Hotel Casino contracted Space Hospitality Furniture to refurbish damaged rattan headboards which they had found difficult to source a repairer locally.
We managed through one of our local tradesmen to collect the headboards as needed repair and deliver back to the Hotel within the time frames set down by them.
Having the headboards out of the rooms meant the hotel was unable to sell these to prospective guests. Therefore time was the critical factor in getting the headboards back as soon as possible.
Timely? normal lead-time for this was 3 working days from pick-up to return.
